3. Payments and Collections

• Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

• Deposits: Large installations or custom-ordered equipment (such as specific industrial units) may require a down payment before work begins.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value our technicians’ time and our clients’ schedules.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice or “no-show” appointments may be subject to a standard dispatch/diagnostic fee.

5. Warranties and Guarantees
